Scott Cullather is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of [INVNT GROUP] ®, THE GLOBAL BRANDSTORY PROJECT™ operating across nine offices, in six countries and four continents.
A recognized industry leader, over the last 30 years he has led diverse teams driving innovative strategy, design, production, and execution of thousands of large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid B2B and B2C brand experiences, in over 40 countries.
In 2008, INVNT® the global live brand storytelling agency, was Co-Founded by Scott and instantly challenged the core industry model, creating a live brand storytelling agency that disrupted the traditional approach to brand events. In 2020, Scott founded [INVNT GROUP], with a vision to provide creative, globally impactful, BrandStory across all platforms. This expansion creates an infinity loop of services, possibilities, and results.
[INVNT GROUP] consists of modern brand strategy firm, Folk Hero; creative-led culture consultancy, Meaning; branded content studio and content marketing agency HEVĒ: collegiate events and experiences, INVNT Higher Education, and INVNT.
Under Scott’s dynamic leadership, the multi-award-winning agency has redefined the way global organizations communicate to their employees, customers, and business partners - effectively transforming the way they think, feel, behave, and perform.

On June 17th 2021, a partnership with Ms. Opal Lee, led to legislation of Juneteenth becoming a federal holiday in the United States. Scott is also actively involved in charitable organizations like the Chris Carrino Foundation for FSHD.

Scott resides in New York City, is a devoted husband and father, cycling enthusiast, fitness buff, surfer, scrabble player and classical pianist (well sort of, ha!).
