DENISE HAMILTON is Founder and CEO of WatchHerWork, a digital learning platform for professional women. Denise is a highly requested speaker, trainer, and media personality whose platform has reached and served tens of thousands of women all over the world. At WatchHerWork, Denise has archived the professional experiences of hundreds of women to build a library of over 7,000 videos with a goal of 20,000 videos by the end of 2020, including the May 2020 launch of WatchHerWork en Espanol. WatchHerWork helps women go further faster. Denise is closing the gap for today’s professional woman by giving them the advice they need when they need it, how they need it.

As Founder of WatchHerWork, Denise has developed workshops and programs that have empowered the lives of women and altered the trajectory of careers and businesses all over the country. Denise’s clients include Apple, ExxonMobil, Hines, Shell, Rice University, the WNBA, and many more.

Denise has built upon her over 25 years experience as a corporate executive with Fortune 500 companies. At AOL, Denise led the country in impressions as the Market Leader for the South Florida region. There she managed the NFL and NBA relationships and conducted numerous activations and national competitions on behalf of the brand. At CBRE, she was the first African-American Office Tenant Representation broker in her 6 state region in the top 10 firms. While there, she distinguished herself from a field of over 2,000 top brokers as the best presenter in the Americas (United States, Mexico, Canada).

Her entrepreneurial experience includes her role as the co-founder of JONES Magazine, an award-winning, nationally syndicated publication and her consulting roles with clients like the United Nations, Marathon Oil, and many more.

Denise has appeared on NPR, ABC, Fox, and the Root.com. She has been featured in Forbes, Xconomy, Black Enterprise, and the Houston Business Journal. She was named one the 41 Most Fascinating People in Houston by the Houston Chronicle and one of Houston’s Most Influential Women by Houston Woman Magazine.
