Samira has a $5.5 billion successful record of structuring, funding, growing, and exiting global ventures, both private and institutional.
Since founding her advisory firm she’s developed its’ proprietary business-growth methodology and has executed numerous transactions in a variety of asset classes including consumer goods, luxury and lifestyle brands, consumer tech, sustainable tech, healthcare and biotech, and energy. Samira's ability to blend strategic vision with efficient execution positions her as a valued partner for high-potential businesses, family offices, Fortune 500 companies, VC/PE firms and high net worth individuals. Her specialties include executive advising, structuring organizations and deals, improving operations, identifying underutilized assets, raising capital, and increasing revenues.

Samira's training as a mergers and acquisitions tax attorney, formerly in-house at Shell Oil Company and Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Energy and Environment Taxes Committee, provides the structural and technical detail of transactions that dealmakers need in today’s dynamic business climate. Her business acumen combined with superb communication skills have made her an industry expert in areas such as private family offices with direct investments, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-critical issues of strategic change.
Through her diverse community, NGO, and non-profit board memberships, Samira has contributed to strengthening local and global organizations and their ability to create impact and is an active leader in the women's economic development and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Her involvement has ranged from working as an Honorary Advisor to the UN (Project Director Social Impact Projects/NGO Committee on Sustainable Development), to serving on the board of several cultural institutions in Houston (Houston Ballet, Center for Contemporary Craft, Fresh Arts) as well as on the board of an international trade and finance organization (the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce), to providing finance leadership to a non-profit focused on basic human needs (The Seraph Foundation).
Samira received her education in the Middle East, Europe, and the US. She has an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Houston, and a JD and BS in international trade and finance with a minor in economics from Louisiana State University. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and before the U.S. Tax Court.
