Alan Schnur is a commercial real estate investor, author, and speaker who has spent more than 25 years building, acquiring, and operating assets across the full spectrum of real estate, from single-family and multifamily to industrial, retail, self-storage, and luxury residential.

He started with a single distressed property and built his portfolio from over 400 single-family homes to more than 2,000 multifamily units and 7,000 units managed, then moved into commercial real estate, where he has developed and operated more than 1.5 million square feet, including ground-up development of small-bay industrial parks, multi-tenant warehouse and flex facilities, shopping centers, and self-storage assets.

He is the author of The Cashflow Mindset, a featured speaker at investment, entrepreneurship, and leadership conferences nationwide, and has spoken at Harvard University. A recipient of a Mayoral recognition award, Alan has been recognized for his lasting contributions to affordable housing.

An accomplished mountaineer, he has summited Kilimanjaro twice, Mount Orizaba, and Mount Baker, and trekked to Everest Base Camp.
