Alphonso Roundtree is a former professional American football player, entrepreneur, and strategic business operator with deep ties to sports, technology, and community engagement. Born July 7, 1977, in Bradenton, Florida, Roundtree played collegiate football at Tulane University, where he earned his degree in Marketing and competed at the NCAA level before entering the professional ranks.
Roundtree went on to play in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and the CFL with the Montreal Alouettes, establishing himself as a competitive defensive back at the highest tier of American, and Canadian football. After his playing career, Roundtree transitioned into the entrepreneurial and tech space, where he applies his experience in marketing, community building, and strategic growth. He is best known as the Founder & CEO of Social Bevy, a mobile concierge and social engagement platform designed to connect users with curated events and city experiences tailored to their interests.
