• a Founder & CEO/COO of three tech startups
• a Founder of a consulting firm bringing US companies to Eastern Europe shortly after the Berlin Wall fell immediately after completing his MBA.

David currently manages a single family office for 11 years, at which he has reviewed hundreds of private market and alternative investment managers, and invested in ~50 managers across multiple strategies including VC, GP Stakes, Secondaries, Private Credit, Long/Short, Absolute Return & Market Neutral strategies.

Previously, for 18 years as founder and Managing Director of Azla Advisors, David was responsible for $6 Bln in Private Markets LP Primary Fundraisings & Secondary Transactions on behalf of top tier Managers and leading Institutional Investors.

David received an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business Stern School, where he has since served as a Guest Lecturer and, received a Bachelors of Science degree with Honors from Yeshiva University.

David has been a frequent conference speaker and panel moderator as well as a contributor to Private Markets publications.

David has been living in Israel with his family for over 20 years, where he is currently seeding and launching TKM Capital Partners, a VC Manager Seeding GP Stakes Fund focusing on the Israeli/US venture/tech ecosystem. He also serves on several non-profit advisory boards.
