Manish currently serves as the President and CEO of The GRA Group. The GRA Group owns and operates over 600 restaurant and retail outlets in multiple brands, with over 8000 employees across the United States. The GRA Group is a franchisee of brands such as Subway, Wingstop, Great American Cookies, Massage Envy, 7brew, and European Wax to name a few.

The organization has also ventured into other investments spanning hotels, restaurant technology, and real estate as well as taking equity positions in many of the restaurants in which it operates. Manish is passionate about education and personally sponsors a scholarship fund for his employees which has given out over $450,000 in scholarships to date. Manish also started a non-profit, where he serves as Chairman, which has raised funds to build an engineering college in his ancestral village in India. The college has an active enrollment of 400 students and is expanding by adding a medical college as well.

Manish is a college associate at Rice University, an active member of the Harvard Alumni Club and serves as the Harvard Business School Admissions liaison for new applicants. Manish is also a member of YPO Houston. Manish is a graduate of Rice University and received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He lives in West U with his wife of 4 children.
