Mr. Moiz Bhamani is a Founder & CEO of Prime Peaks Real Estate Group. Prior to Prime, Moiz had successful career in Investment Banking with Royal Bank of Canada.

Prime Peaks is a commercial real estate developer based out of Calgary, Alberta Canada with other offices in Vancouver, BC and Houston, TX. Currently, Prime has several active retail development projects in the Calgary and mid-rise multi-family projects in the Vancouver submarkets. Prime’s Texas portfolio includes ~1M Sq/Ft of retail centers and 2 IHG branded hotels.

Mr. Bhamani is an active contributor to several real estate publications including PwC and Urban Land Institutes annual publications and recipient of numerous business and community awards over the years recognizing his business success and active involvement in local and international charitable work with United Way, Red Cross, and Aga Khan Development. Some of these awards include Rising Star of Alberta (2013); Top 40 Business Leaders in Canada (Calgary – 2014).

Moiz is a Graduate of Harvard Business School (HBS’2015), holds an MBA, and has completed an Executive Program in Private Equity from Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK. Moiz holds FCSI (Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute) Designation.

Moiz is member of Harvard University Alumni Real Estate Board; Officer of HBS Club of Houston, Member of IHG (InterContinental Hotels) Working Committee and YPO (Young President’s Organization) Network. Moiz currently resides in Houston with his wife and 2 young kids where he enjoys leisure activities such as playing tennis and pursuing his passion for aviation as a private pilot.
