Rick is currently the principal partner of First Financial Benefits, Inc., current Houston chair of Tiger21, and recently retired managing partner at DRDA, PLLC CPAs. At FFB, Inc., Rick works extensively in government pension plans and corporate retirement plans.

He has been nationally recognized by the Texas Governor, the U.S. Congress, and the U.S. President for his work with governmental pension plans over the past 37 years. As chair of Tiger21, Rick mentors high net worth families, offices and individuals. In the CPA practice, he worked in Practice Management, Personal and Corporate Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Retirement Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions. Rick has served on many community and non-profit boards, including HCA Clear Lake Regional Hospital, Communities in Schools Clear Lake, The Nolan Ryan Foundation, Child Advocates of Houston, Alvin Community College Board of Trustees, ACC Foundation Board, Houston Society and Alvin National Bank. Rick’s interests are his grandchildren, golf, skiing, scuba, cross-fit, reading and researching. He has been married to his wife Janice for 46 years and has two grown children and five grandchildren.
