Rudolfo Beltran serves as Vice President and Head of Capital Acquisition, Marketing & CRM for InNova Global Fund. Since joining in 2022, he has raised over $75 million in capital to support high-impact microfinance initiatives in Kenya through InNova’s partnership with AFRESA SACCO, a licensed credit union institution in Kenya.

Under Rudolfo’s leadership, InNova Global Fund has grown to over 1,200 active investors and developed dual investment pathways for both accredited investors (506c) and retail investors. His expertise in capital acquisition and investor relations has been instrumental in scaling the fund while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Prior to InNova, Rudolfo spent over 30 years in senior marketing roles, including Senior Director of Marketing at Anheuser-Busch, where he developed strategies for iconic brands including Budweiser, Bud Light, and Michelob Ultra. His approach to capital acquisition emphasizes building authentic investor relationships while communicating the dual benefits of competitive returns and measurable social impact in emerging markets.
